We would like to thank everyone who attended the July conference.

We hope everyone had fun! We will be making a few changes to help with the airport transportation. Lets get ready for our November conference

Travel Membership Information

Applicants for membership will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
Do Not sent any money until you have been approved.

 Yearly Membership fee is $50.00 per person for primary individual
and $35.00 for added partners (must occupy same room)
(the deals we are working on with a few of major casinos will be well worth it)

Include number of people that would be attending the Las Vegas convention Target Date: 11-4-09 thru 11-8-09
(must be a member to attend)

Current traveling membership is limited to 50 primary individuals
(So please get your application in as soon as possible)

Current Trip Information

We are currently working on packages with a few of the major casino establishments for the best deal and coordinating the availability of the guest speakers.

The tentative date is November 4, through November 8 (4 days & 3 nights)

We our planning to schedule (2) trips yearly (all in Las Vegas)
Future trips will be scheduled in the fall and spring if possible.

 

Meeting and Information

Wednesday: 11-4-09
Arrival – Register / Sign in – Turn in any questions to be asked in the meeting at this time.  -  Relax, have a little fun, do a little gambling.

Thursday: 11-5-09
Meeting held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM lunch will served at the Rio (See meeting agenda below)   In room________________________

Friday: 11-6-09
Contact coordinator if needed for any missing correspondence. Questions and concerns accepted. Phone 1-586-206-0877 (cell) before 3:00 PM

Saturday: 11-7-09
Departure for some – Relax, have a little fun, do a little site seeing.

Sunday: 11-8-09
Departure for all – Relax, have a some fun, Everyone have a nice and safe trip back home.
